Canning St Surgery is a PRIVATE Billing practice.
However, our current billing policy does allow us to bulk bill children 16 years and under and our pensioners (blue pension card holders).
It is an individual doctor's choice whether they bulk bill or private bill. If you have any problems with payments of accounts please see our practice manager for a payment plan.
Payment is required to be made at the end of your consultation.

Procedural appointments incur a procedure fee which is explained at the time of booking. This facility fee has no rebate (pls see below).
PLEASE NOTE: Extra Investigations will incur a cost - ECG, Pregnancy Tests, Spirometry, Audiometry & dressings.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Our appointments are very valuable, If you are unable to keep your appointment please notify our staff as soon as possible. A $50 fee applies for non-attendance without notice.
Our practice accepts cash, Cheques, EFTPOS and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa). Surcharges may apply.
