APPOINTMENTS
Our standard appointments are 15 minutes long. This is usually enough time for you to discuss one specific medical issue. If you have multiple issues you need to discuss, please let our reception know so that enough time or multiple appointments can be arranged for you.
All medicals, paperwork, health assessments and care plans etc. will require longer appointments so please ensure the receptionist knows to book a longer appointment.
Please also ensure that you let our receptionist know if you also require either an appointment with our nurse or if you are having a procedure done.
Our practice uses HotDoc SMS reminder system for appointment reminders and recalls. This is an OPT IN service so please let our receptionist know if you would like this service.
Our practice strives to maintain accurate and up to date records. Please inform us, on arrival of any changes to your personal details. We will ask you for the following at each and every appointment:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Phone number
- to see your Medicare card, pension card and /or DVA card
We respect you. Please respect our staff. This practice will not tolerate violent, threatening or abusive behavior.
RESULTS
All Patients are requested to make a follow-up appointment with your doctor to get the results to any testing that has been completed. Please ensure you make your follow up appointment as our receptionist WILL NOT give any results out over the phone
REPEAT SCRIPTS AND REPEAT REFERRALS
We hold daily repeat script and repeat referral clinics. These are usually held daily between 9am and 9.30am. Please phone reception to book your spot. These appointments are 5 mins long and are only for 1-2 scripts or 1 repeat referral.
For all new scripts and new referrals a consultation with your doctor is required.
For all lost referrals a fee will apply.

These are available by arrangement.
HOME VISITS
Home visits are available where necessary by arrangement. Please see reception.
