COVID 19 - Pandemic

It is a requirement for all people entering our facility to wear a mask.

Have you been in contact with anyone suspected of or confirmed of having COVID 19? Do you have a Sore throat, Cough, Fever or Shortness of breath? Have you been to any of the current "Hot spots" for positive cases of COVID? if you answer Yes to any of these questions we ask that you call the the surgery but DO NOT come in. If you have any cold or flu symptoms you will need to call the surgery and not enter the building. We are offering Phone consultations and also car park consultations if you do need to see your GP in person.  We ask that you stay home as much as possible, wash your hands, and always wear a mask.   We are limited to 10 patients in the waiting room at one time so you may need to wait outside (you might prefer to wait outside).  From time to time depending on the situation of the pandemic our waiting room will be closed and a tempory waiting room will be set up at the rear of the building outside.  Check in reception will be situated at the rear entrance.  Please read all clear signage regarding instructions.   From all of us here at Canning Street Surgery we would like to thank all our patients for your understanding and cooperation.
