COVID 19 - Pandemic

It is now optional for our patients entering our facility to wear a mask.  

Have you been in contact with anyone suspected of or confirmed POSITIVE of COVID 19?

Do you have a Sore throat, Cough, Fever or Shortness of breath?

Do you think you may have any cold or flu symptoms? 

 IF the answer is YES, we ask that you please call our surgery, to seek options but DO NOT ENTER the buiding.  

We are offer Phone consultations and car park consultations if you do need to see your GP in person.  We ask that you stay home as much as possible, wash your hands, and always wear a mask when applicable.  

 Please read all clear signage regarding instructions.
